1. How can I get the registration code of your products?

You can purchase the product you need from our website, and the registration code will be sent to your licensed email address.

2. What if registration fails?

There might be something wrong when you copy and paste your licensed email and registration code. As the email and code are case sensitive, you'd better copy and paste the registration email and code directly into the corresponding place. Please do not add an extra symbol and ensure there is no space copied before entering your email and license code correctly.

3. Can I use the program on different computers if I purchase a Personal License?

The software is only allowed to run on one computer at a time. That is to say, you can install the software on your desktop PC and laptop, but the program can’t work together simultaneously. Below is our license policy for your reference.

Installation of the full version program under Personal License is limited to one single personal computer owned by or under control of the licensee plus one additional computer of the same owner, e.g. you have a working computer and a personal computer at home, or a desktop computer and laptop one. Please note that at a certain time only one of the copies of the program can be in use on the equipment.

4. How many devices can be used?

The number of devices is up to the type of your license. Please check out the license plan you need carefully before purchasing.

5. How can I get a reply as soon as possible?
