1. Can files that can't be opened/damaged still be repaired?

Yes. UltraRepair specializes in repairing files that cannot be opened/damaged. Videos/photos/audio/files can all be repaired in one stop. Just add the damaged files, click the repair button and get the completely repaired files.

2. What file formats does UltraRepair support?

Currently, we can help to effectively repair MP4, MOV, MKV, FLV, MXF, AVI, MTS, M2TS, M4V, MPG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, ARW, TIFF, CRW, MP3, FLAC, WAV, DOCX, XLSX, PDF, PPTX and other file formats. More file formats are still being updated. If there is no format you want, please give us feedback and we will update it as soon as possible.

3. Can this video repair software import damaged files from iPhone and Android phones?

No. Currently UltraRepair can't import files from iPhone and Android devices, but you can transfer damaged video files from iPhone/iPad/iPod/Android to Win or Mac. After the files are transferred to PC, you can use the 'Repair' function in UltraRepair to repair corrupted files.

4. When I click 'Advanced Repair', it suggests that I need to add a sample file, what is it?

If your file is severely damaged, UltraRepair allows you to repair it by adding a sample file to it. The sample file was created from the same device and has the same format as the corrupted file. It can be of any size. You can use the advanced repair feature to repair severely damaged files with a higher success rate.

5. Will it fail to repair my files?

That's a relatively rare situation. We can successfully repair most of the damaged files, but we cannot guarantee 100% because some files are extremely damaged. When you encounter the failure, please contact our customer support. We will help you manually and try our best to repair your files.

6. Can UltraRepair improve the quality of photos and videos?

Yes. UltraRepair can enhance the resolution and quality of blurry photos and videos. Just select the video/image and click start to process. After optimization, these files will have higher resolution. What's more, UltraRepair can automatically colorize old/black and white photos using AI technology, bringing these photos to life.

7. How to solve the problem of slow video playback and freezing?

This issue may be related to your internet speed, your browser, your computer, or the video file itself. To fix this issue, clear your browser first by deleting cache and temporary files. Then update the graphics card driver or disable hardware acceleration. Finally, opt for an Ethernet cable over Wi-Fi to improve the speed of your online videos. If none of these methods work, the problem may be with the video file. You can try UltraRepair to fix it!
