I browsed through many reviews and finally decided to use this product. It worked actually. My phone was stuck on Apple logo, just kept flashing the logo but didn't turn off or on. The standard mode of this software helped me finally. I was worried about data loss. But this mode kept all the data. Thanks again.

My iphone update failed and stuck halfway. So I followed the instructions to download this software, then the firmware or something and magically, my iphone is restarted and the update is completed. Thanks for your help.
