The only way it can help me get my photos back is if I have some type of backup??? What if I never backup my phone???

My iPhone got disabled after several tyms of wrong passcode entry by one of my relatives baby. I have not restored to Factory settings yet. No back ups no iCloud or iTunes back up too. Is it possible to get back photos and videos which were in my phone?
